We combine decades of expertise in quality and reliability research with a strong focus on environmental simulation technologies. Our work covers every stage, including material selection, the development of environmental test chambers, vibration systems, and integrated testing solutions, as well as hardware and software design. We also carry out certification, metrology, and performance testing for complex testing systems, and develop specialized equipment and software tailored to customer needs. These capabilities are built into our processes, from design and production to inspection and quality control, ensuring that every product meets high standards of reliability and helps our customers achieve consistent results in their testing applications.

GWS focuses on designing and manufacturing electrodynamic vibration test equipment. We have developed specialized technologies and hold patents related to vibration testing control, performance optimization, and structural design. Our testing equipment range includes electrodynamic shakers available in air-cooled and water-cooled configurations, supporting vertical and horizontal excitation, as well as combined motion. These vibration test systems cover force ratings from 500 N (50 kg) to 600 kN (60 tons) and can be tailored for standard laboratory use or customized to meet specific requirements in research and production environments. Our environmental testing equipment is widely used in automotive component validation, aerospace reliability testing, electronic device qualification, and many other industrial applications.

GWS has continuously modernized its production to keep up with industry trends. Today, we operate advanced equipment such as CNC turret punch presses with automatic loading towers, servo-driven multi-station punch presses, robotic welding arms, and automated bending centers. With these tools and computer-aided manufacturing processes, we have moved from traditional methods to a semi-automated production line that greatly improves efficiency. We also use 3D design systems and a fully digital workflow, allowing for paperless production that is clearer, more accurate, and productive.
Besides updating our equipment, at GWS we also improved how we manage information. From the start, we introduced systems like PDM for product data and K/3 ERP for resource planning, which have been upgraded and expanded as the company has grown. Today, we use a connected management system that brings together CRM, PLM, and ERP platforms. This setup links sales, design, production, logistics, and after-sales service in one network, helping us stay focused on customer needs and provide a better experience at every step.
- Why is GWS environmental testing equipment so widely recognized in the market?
For many precision components, even slight changes in environmental conditions can cause significant impact. At GWS, we rely on a fully self-developed production process covering every stage, from raw materials to final assembly. This includes design simulation, manufacturing, and calibration before delivery. By managing the entire lifecycle in-house, we ensure that our climatic chambers, vibration systems, and custom testing solutions deliver consistent accuracy and reliability. - How does GWS maintain consistency across its environmental testing systems and processes?
We operate three modern manufacturing facilities in China and have a professional R&D team of over 200 engineers to support different customer requirements. All environmental test chambers and vibration testing equipment are built using 3D visual design, fully digital management, and paperless workflows, combined with 24-hour automated processing. This approach helps us maintain uniform quality across every unit we produce. - How does GWS guarantee the reliability of its testing equipment?
Each chamber and vibration system must pass strict inspections before shipping. This includes core performance testing, safety checks, and a 48-hour accelerated aging process. We use advanced measurement tools and proprietary management systems to track each inspection step and automatically collect data, ensuring our equipment meets demanding reliability standards. - What is the role of GWS in the environmental testing industry?
GWS has played an important role setting technical standards for environmental testing equipment in China. We have taken the lead in developing 7 national standards and contributed to a total of 16. Today, our environmental simulation systems are among the most widely used in the country, and we hold the highest market share in China.
