At GWS, we focus on a fully independent production approach as our main strength. We have built a complete closed-loop system that connects every step, from selecting raw materials to delivering finished equipment. By combining design simulation, smart manufacturing processes, and final calibration, we can carefully manage the entire product lifecycle with accuracy and consistency.
Today, GWS operates three modern manufacturing bases located in Huadu, Zengcheng, and Suzhou. Each site is equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, automated bending lines, robotic welding systems, and automated coating facilities. We use 3D technology for digital, visual, and paperless design and production, enabling 24-hour uninterrupted processing without manual supervision. Over the years, we have built a management system that combines ISO9001 quality management as the main framework, together with ISO14001 environmental management and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety standards. We have also adopted PDM and PLM systems to support structured and consistent production processes.
Before any chamber or vibration system leaves our factory, it goes through a three-step verification process inside a dedicated temperature-controlled inspection hall. This includes thorough performance tests, detailed safety and compliance checks, and a 48-hour accelerated aging trial. To guarantee consistent quality, we rely on high-precision instruments from well-known international brands and our own in-house inspection management system. This combination ensures every unit meets strict reliability standards before delivery.
